Can I pay online via credit card?
Once your booking information is complete, you will be asked to select a payment method. Firstly, you can use your credit card. Burnie HQ accepts most major credit cards; VISA, MASTERCARD, and BANKCARD. Credit card payments are transacted via the National Australia Bank's Secure Internet Payment System, which uses Secure Socket Layer systems, which provides a secure pipeline between your computer and our commercial SSL server/payment gateway, SSL is used worldwide.
Important features of this service are:
You, the customer, deal directly with the National Australia Bank to make the credit card payments.
Your sessions with the Bank are secured using the industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Your credit card and personal details are encrypted when transmitted over the Internet.
In the movement between pages, you may be advised of direction to 'Secure' and 'Non-secure' sites by warning messages displayed by your web browser.
Neither Burnie HQ nor any director or employee of Burnie HQ has access to your credit card details. Only you and the National Australia Bank see the credit card details which you key into your browser. You will then receive a payment record and confirmation email.
What if I do not want to pay with my credit card over the Internet?
If you choose to pay by a cheque or money order, select the "click here to Pay by Cheque or Money Order" payment option. This will allow for your property information to be saved in the Burnie HQ website and an order sheet will be printed out. Once you have printed the order sheet, mail the order form and payment to:

Will I receive a receipt?
Yes. Burnie HQ issues every customer a tax invoice for taxation purposes. If you pay by credit card online, the National Bank Secure Internet Payment System will issue you with a receipt.
Can I pay by direct deposit into the Burnie HQ bank account?
Yes. One of the easiest and most secure ways to pay for your booking is to directly deposit into Burnie HQ's bank account. Our bank account details are as follow:

Depending on the bank and other circumstances that may arise, some deposits may take up several days for clearance/confirmation.
REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
What if I have paid for the booking and then want to make a date change or any other amendment?
We understand that circumstances can arise where you may need to make an amendment to your accommodation booking. If this occurs, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible. However, please note that last-minute rates are not always available and that an administration charge of AU$20 applies to all changes.
If I cancel my booking, will I get a refund?
The earlier we receive your cancellation advice, the more likely is that you will avoid cancellation penalties. If you cancel a booking after making full payment, you will be charged a cancellation fee.When a booking is cancelled more than 2 days prior to the check-in date, a nominal cancellation fee of AU$20 will apply. If a booking is cancelled less than 2 days prior to check-in, or if you fail to appear at the check-in time, a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's accommodation will be charged.
Will I need to present my ID and credit card at check-in?
Yes. The customer will be required to provide a credit card at check-in to cover incidental charges and may be required to provide photo ID. Customers booking accommodation must be over the age of 18 years.
